Equipment: A PC or laptop is highly preferred to write code efficiently. Tablets and smartphones can be used for reading and joining discussions, but building projects will require a computer.
Software: You will need to download Visual Studio Code (the software with the blue icon) onto your PC.
Internet: Since the program is completely online, you will need a stable Wi-Fi or data connection to participate.
Is it Accredited?
While this specific program was previously categorized as NQF Level 5, it is currently non-accredited. However, completing it gives you a highly valuable certificate to add to your CV. It proves to tech industry employers that you have hands-on experience and the dedication required to learn software development.
